Guest Login

If the ECOM site you are logging in to is configured for B2C (business to consumer), you can make purchases without needing to have an account with the company.

In this case, there will be a Guest Login button on the login page which you should use to log in.

After that, the procedures are similar to those for users who do have accounts (as documented in this manual):

• You can browse the category tree, search for items, build orders and checkout.
• You will not have access to View Orders, Admin, My Account or Quick Add.
• When you select the Confirm Delivery Details button on the checkout screen, you will be prompted to enter your details. You must enter a user name, phone or mobile number and email address.
• When you select the Pay Now button, a new cash sale account will be created for you and, the next time you log in, you will have access to all of the above menu options.
